A VERY limited-edition Adams Single Malt Whisky selected by us and bottled exclusively for our members.

The whisky was aged in a 20L (yep you heard right – twenty litres!) barrel. This virgin oak barrel was first seasoned for 6 months by the Adams boys with Buffalo Trace Bourbon. The barrels were then briefly rinsed, then filled with new make spirit and put away at the back of the bond-store for 2 ½ years. Voila!

This whisky is sensational. Big, chewy and delicious. This whisky is extremely limited and we have all of them for our members!

An amazing burnt- orange colour that will make you drool!

Nose: Vanilla and brown sugar, Crème Brûlée with a slight citrus-ey tail end

Palate: Fairly dry palate, a little bit oakey with subtle vanilla, fresh grass, with a cinnamon spice!

Finish: Warming, long and chewy with a sweet cinnamon roll flavours.

ABOUT THE DISTILLERY

Adam Pinkard and Adam Saunders are two old mates who have built and setup their own Tasmanian distillery. What did they call it? Adam’s Distillery of course! Located in Perth, Tasmania they are a distillery kicking big goals.

The boys at Adam’s distillery certainly don’t hide their enthusiasm very well. So when you get talking to them and they start telling you what they’ve got on wood maturing away there in the bond store – the enthusiasm is, well kind of infectious. When they are telling you about mysterious experiments in seasoning wood that have been gathering dust at the back of the shed the enthusiasm fast becomes curiosity. Next thing you know, you’re booked on a flight to go see and taste for yourself, giggling like a schoolgirl in excitement.
