Lark Classic Cask 43% – Lark’s signature Tasmanian whisky, is a timeless single malt. Approachable but complex, our Classic Cask 43% is a
whisky made for sharing, celebrating, and enjoying

Nose: Golden syrup and vanilla with hints of oranges and grapefruit. Plum pudding, Christmas cake, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and a wisp of Tasmanian peat smoke.
Palate: Sweet vanilla transforms into a heady combination of orange peel, butterscotch, cloves, nutmeg and grapefruit.
Finish: Butterscotch and citrus notes with a long, satisfying smoky finish.

Lark SYMPHONY Nº1 40.2% – The brainchild of Head Distiller Chris Thomson. “I’ve always found a real joy in bringing different whiskies together. I think each distillery kind of has a fingerprint,” says Thomson. Symphony No1 is the first blended malt from the House
of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies.

Nose: Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and tangerines. Luscious and fruity.
Palate: Peaches, apricot, even more mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee.
Finish: Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise and balance.

Lark Cask Strength 58% – Fondly referred to as “Liquid Gold” by whisky fans. Handcrafted at our Coal Valley Distillery, the Cask Strength 58% takes our signature Classic Cask single malt to bold new depths. A wild and distinctive reflection of the Tasmanian landscape and the pioneering spirit of our makers.

Nose: Cinnamon, nutmeg, liquorice and orange peel with vanilla, butterscotch and oaky aromas.
Palate: Intense vanilla and Christmas cake sweetness. Citrus and butterscotch flavours with stewed fruits, maple syrup and a hint of Tasmanian
peat smoke. Complex citrus and spices give way to oak and stewed fruits.
Finish: Citrus, spices and toffee notes develop into a warming finish that stays long after the last sip
