We’ve tried a few of Rolling Cask offerings before and frankly they are some of the best value whisky-gems around! And this SMWC price is even sweeter!
Glenrothes Distillery sits quietly in the town of Rothes in the heart of Speyside, drawing on a natural spring within its estate to create the elegant, fruit forward spirit it has been known for since 1879. Despite a turbulent early history marked by fires and even an explosion, the distillery rebuilt time and again, eventually growing into one of the region’s most respected producers of refined, orchard rich single malt.
Today, Glenrothes is celebrated for its clean, sweet new make character and its maturation in sherry and American oak casks, producing whiskies that balance ripe fruit, vanilla, and gentle spice with a signature Speyside softness.
